Job Family/Function: Data Management / Technology & Innovation

About the Role:

As the Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering comprehensive technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account. This role sits at the intersection of corporate real estate (CRE) data management and technical innovation. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting, data pipelines, low-code application development, and AI-driven efficiency tools. You are responsible for balancing talent assignments to meet competing client needs while managing financial forecasting and budgeting for the program.

What You'll Do:

  • Program Leadership: Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology, AI solutions, data analysis, and reporting. Ensure all projects align with client objectives and contractual service level agreements.
  • Data & Analytics Oversight: Direct the production, maintenance, and support of ad-hoc reports, scripts, data pipelines, and dashboards that support the corporate real estate data management practice.
  • Innovation & AI Strategy: Drive the development of AI tools to increase service effectiveness and efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to modernize workflows and integrate new technologies into the client's service ecosystem.
  • Application Development: Supervise the design, build, and maintenance of low-code business applications (e.g., Google AppSheet). Manage the associated data pipelines and reporting structures for these applications.
  • Resource Management: Balance team capacity and talent assignments to ensure competing customer needs are met on time and within scope.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage program-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Technology Governance: Track and oversee all technology implemented across the service offering, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal partners and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for technology-related initiatives.
  • Mentorship & Influence: Coach team members to develop expertise in technical disciplines. Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations, even when interests diverge.
  • Policy & Process: Apply advanced knowledge to design better methods for accomplishing departmental objectives. Work is guided by functional policies, but you will influence the design of internal procedures.

What You'll Need:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management, data operations, or a similar field. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Google AppSheet, Microsoft PowerApps). Proven experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Familiarity with the Google technology stack is preferred.
  • Strategic Mindset: An innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions, with the ability to solve unique, complex problems having a broad business impact.
  • Operational Skills: Experience with financial forecasting and resource allocation in a project-based environment.
  • Soft Skills: Expert organizational skills, an inquisitive mindset, and the ability to persuade senior-level stakeholders.
