Full Job Description
What You'll Do:

Office Operations & Workplace Experience:

  • Own the daily operations of the New York office, ensuring a safe, organized, functional, and welcoming workplace environment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding office-related needs and requests.
  • Maintain high standards across shared spaces, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and overall office presentation.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, ordering, and workplace services.
  • Ensure the office is always prepared for employees, visitors, and company events.
  • Support the continuous improvement of office processes, procedures, and employee experience.

Facilities, Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Manage relationships with building management, landlords, and local vendors.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and other operational needs.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on facility-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage office-related expenses while maintaining budget discipline and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Support invoice tracking, vendor payments, and operational cost management.
  • Ensure the office operates in accordance with building requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.

Employee Experience & Culture:

  • Partner with the People team to support employee engagement initiatives and workplace programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of office events, celebrations, employee activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics including vendors, catering, setup, and onsite execution.
  • Help create a positive and engaging office environment that reflects WSC SPORTS culture.

Employee & Visitor Experience:

  • Own the office arrival experience and provide a welcoming environment for employees, candidates, clients, and visitors.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace readiness, access coordination, and office orientation.
  • Support visiting employees from other global offices with a seamless workplace experience.


Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Coordinate conference room management and office scheduling needs.
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and office logistics.
  • Maintain office documentation, processes, vendor information, and operational records.
  • Partner with IT and other teams to support smooth office operations.

Requirements

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

This role ranges in salary from $85,000 - $105,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and education.
