Acting as the true face of the firm, the
Workplace Location Services Analyst will create an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door, with a strong emphasis on security and customer service. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location/across multiple locations. May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, reception, floor support & other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily oversight of contractors to ensure proper supervision, quality control, and adherence to standards.
- Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
- Provides enhanced collaboration and client engagement, build relationships with client team through local engagement activities and internal team requests.
- Authority (Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service
Preferred Skils:
- Experience working in hospitality setting
- Experience working in a facilities setting
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
