About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees that oversee the delivery of workplace experience services.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You'll Do:

Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Workplace Coordinators to build judgment, communication, service ownership, and day-to-day confidence.
  • Serve as first escalation point for delayed, unclear, recurring, high-priority, or cross-functional workplace issues.
  • Guide daily priorities, issue routing, stakeholder communication, escalation timing, and closure expectations.
  • Support new-hire onboarding and training on workplace standards, inspection routines, tools, escalation paths, service partners, and site-specific expectations.
  • Hold regular check-ins to review workload, blockers, learning opportunities, and follow-through on open items.
  • Model professional communication, strong service judgment, accountability, and calm problem-solving in a fast-moving workplace.
  • Assign and balance team coverage across workplace zones, service areas, leadership requests, and recurring inspections.
  • Review team schedules, coverage maps, daily priorities, and open issue queues to focus the team on highest-impact work.
  • Ensure Floor Hosts deliver quality work, frictionless communication, and clear ownership, priority, status, and timing for each workplace issue or request.
  • Give the team timely feedback on work quality, responsiveness, organization, judgment, and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a collaborative culture where the team can share knowledge, ask for help early, and own work through closure.
Quality and Process
  • Support KPI and OKR development and revisions as needed; regularly communicate goals to the team.
  • Identify gaps in program processes, documentation, or communication and implement practical improvements.
  • Create and maintain simple standards, checklists, coverage expectations, and reference materials for consistent Floor Host performance.
  • Collect and use data to identify recurring issues, missed service areas, process friction, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor the team's follow-through on workplace observations, Jira tickets, Slack requests, email follow-ups, and closure records
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Build close relations with cross functional players and stakeholders.
  • Partner with CBRE service partners, Building Technicians, vendors, building management, Facilities, IT, AV, Security, Events, Real Estate, and Workplace Operations leadership to resolve escalations.
  • Help identify the right task owner, escalation path, communication approach, and urgency for complex workplace issues.
  • Communicate risks, delays, recurring service gaps, and operational concerns to leadership with context and recommended next steps.
  • Track escalated issues through resolution and ensure the team understands outcomes and process lessons learned.
What You'll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • 3-5 years' experience in property management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, corporate real estate, or a related operational environment.
  • Residential or commercial property management experience is highly valued.
  • Prior supervisory, team-lead, mentorship, or people-leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams, assign work, manage priorities, and drive accountability while maintaining service focus.
  • Strong communication skills for coaching team members and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, documentation, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with the latest AI tools (Codex, Cowork, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira, Slack, and Google Suite (email, Slides, and Sheets) required.
  • Ability to identify patterns, escalate appropriately, and translate issues into clear next steps.
  • Professional, careful judgment when supporting leadership requests, employee-facing issues, team development, and cross-functional escalations
Physical Requirements
  • On-site supervisory role requiring regular presence across assigned workplace areas.
  • Must be able to walk workplace spaces, observe coverage, review completed work in person, and respond to urgent workplace needs during business hours.
  • May occasionally support time-sensitive leadership requests, escalations, or service-partner coordination.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
