Workplace Analyst

Job Description Summary
The Workplace Analyst role is integral to the Strategic Consulting team, providing essential support throughout the consulting services lifecycle. The lifecycle spans from business development to strategy development to execution. This individual will work at the direction of C&W managers and leaders with subject matter expertise in workplace strategy and workplace change management to address the needs of existing clients and support new business pursuits. The Analyst position has the opportunity to work with clients and other C&W service lines to develop and implement workplace strategy and change management services.

The position is hybrid and highly dependent on client work and location in regard to the number of days onsite either at the client site or our C&W nearby office.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with developing and delivering workplace strategy and change management consulting services to clients in the Americas region.
  • The Analyst will collaborate with all team members from brainstorming ideas to assisting with production of final client deliverables and recommendations.
  • Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to address client challenges, synthesize findings, and produce deliverables.
  • Work across geographic, functional, and service line boundaries within C&W.
  • Client research, reconnaissance, industry benchmarking, and synthesizing findings.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • Two to five years of work experience as a consultant, architect, space & occupancy planner, or analyst. But, this is NOT a design role.
  • Experience in workplace strategy, change management, or corporate real estate preferred, but not required.
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects while keeping team members informed of progress and issues.
  • Strong written, oral, analytical, and graphic presentation skills. Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge.
  • Comfortable supporting C&W team members and working seamlessly across different time-zones, business lines and offices. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively document client sessions, internal meetings, including action items, and next steps.
  • Confident in evaluating and experimenting with new tools and technologies as they evolve.
  • Proficient in all MSFT Applications and Teams, Adobe PDF Writer, Outlook, sufficient to produce professional presentations and reports.
  • Preferred, but not required is a working knowledge of CAD, Revit, and other similar space modeling software technology used to develop test-fits and space concepts.
  • Ability to work on-site in either a C&W office or client site up to 3 days per week. May require additional on-site time and travel based upon client and business need.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to client sites.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, change management, real estate, organizational design, behavioral studies, or related field.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
