Work you'll doAs a Project - Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
- Provide end-to-end support and expertise for all stages of the survey lifecycle, including planning, communications, program management, data analysis, reporting, leader briefings, and ad hoc analytic requests
- Lead thorough analysis of survey data, update analytical scripts and methods, conduct quality control on reports and presentation materials
- Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards before submission to senior leadership
- Apply knowledge of Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline, utilizing advanced skills in applied research, data analysis, and data visualization to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to innovate and modernize analytic practices and produce creative solutions to enhance client survey programs and processes

QualificationsRequired:
- 5+ years of professional experience working with client support in survey methodology, data analysis, and reporting
- 1+ years of experience with SPSS for custom backend coding / development
- 1+ years utilizing Tableau as a data visualization tool
- 1+ years of survey design / support
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Ability to be on-site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience working with Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology
- Master's degree
- Power BI as a data visualization tool

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
