The Workforce Strategy Analyst is responsible for performing client engagements and driving the ongoing optimization services to implement our proprietary Healthcare Enterprise Labor Management methodology into client organizations. The Lead will ensure clients achieve the project goals and outcomes desires using evidence-based recommendations and focusing on adoption of the suite of technology and services offered, while leveraging strong change management methods.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifies, analyzes, interprets, and presents data and trends relevant to the client’s business and objectives.
- Apply Lean (or similar) process development techniques to guide client to a more efficient operational approach to the workflows for scheduling and staffing.
- Builds and implements technical and strategic training curriculum on workforce strategies and technical solutions in diverse settings; (phone/webinar, virtual training, classroom, and small group collaborations).
- Frequently contribute to projects and lead cross-functional internal work teams to meet client needs.
- Influences the client through data, reporting and consultative approaches at key decision points to ensure a successful outcome.
- Assists in growing the scope of client relationships with additional products and services in collaboration with other functional areas.
- Champion the end-to-end consultation, education, and automation engagements in a variety of client environments.
- Sustain the highest-level subject matter expertise, including current AMN Work Strategy methodologies.
- Delivers expertise in a convincing, engaging manner using written and presentation methods.
- Seek to acquire, utilize, and provide ongoing feedback for personal development and business process improvements. Coaches less experienced team members.
- Creates reporting and data-driven insights from raw and disparate data sources, applying analytical judgment to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities where no clear direction exists.
Key Skills
- SQL, Python coding proficiency preferred
- M, Dax, Power BI build experience preferred
- Snowflake and Azure Data Factory experience preferred
- Azure Dev Ops experience preferred
- Proven analytical skills, root cause analysis and solution required
- Leveraging change management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities required
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Master's Degree preferred
Additional Experience
- Healthcare systems experience (Operations or Clinical)
- Successful track history of 2 or more years of strategic account management or consulting experience
- Presentation to executive level audiences experience preferred
- Proven success in process improvement Lean/Six Sigma or similar experience preferred
Work Environment / Physical Requirements- Work is performed in either a hybrid office/home office or remote environment depending on location of employee.
- Some travel, up to 10%, may be required.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Pay Rate$76,000 - $94,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
