Description: OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include:
- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Strategic Planning
- Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
- Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience with data management, reporting using Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
- Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.
Required Qualifications: - Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
- U.S. Citizen.
Desired Qualifications: - Experience working in Power BI.
- Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP).
