As a Workflow Specialist ISC Tech Level 5 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will leverage your technical expertise to support integrated supply chain (ISC) systems, ensuring seamless coordination across various business functions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report directly to our ISC Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. 1st Shift [redacted]
In this role, you will impact the productivity and accuracy of supply chain operations by developing and maintaining efficient workflows that support business objectives and improve overall process performance.
Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain workflow processes within ISC systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows align with business requirements and compliance standards.
• Provide technical support and training to users on workflow tools and best practices.
• Monitor workflow performance metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE• Proven experience in managing and optimizing workflow processes within integrated supply chain or related technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of workflow management tools and software platforms used in ISC systems.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement workflow changes and ensure compliance.
• Technical proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor workflow performance.
WE VALUE• 5+ years of experience in workflow management, machining environment , or ISC technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
