Workers' Compensation Claim SupervisorLocation: Concord, CA (Can report remotely) Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (PST) Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience)
Job Summary The California Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of claims professionals handling California workers' compensation claims across multiple client accounts. This role oversees claim quality, service delivery, compliance, and staff performance while ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and injured workers. The Supervisor serves as a technical resource, mentor, and client partner, promoting adherence to CCMSI's claim handling standards and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Occasional travel may be required for client file reviews and meetings as needed.

10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience, including full claim investigation, evaluation, and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in California.
Effective communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.
Working knowledge of entry- and mid-level WC adjusting roles and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SIP - Not required, but may be asked to obtain.
Experience supporting multiple accounts.
