Full Job Description
Azusa Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Systems & Integration Tester to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

**Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required**

This is a dedicated QA role focused entirely on system integration testing, end-to-end integration flows, and business process validation. You will work in collaboration with our Functional and Technical Leads to execute comprehensive testing strategies after their unit testing is complete.

Responsibilities :
  • Integration Testing: Validate complex data flows between Workday and downstream third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, external data warehouses). Ensure inbound and outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations transmit accurate data under real-world scenarios.
  • System & Regression Testing: Execute full system testing across core HR modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, or Learning) to ensure that new configuration changes or data migrations have zero unintended downstream impacts.
  • Test Script Design & Execution: Transform functional requirements and technical specifications into detailed, structured test cases, matrices, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts.
  • Defect Management & Tracking: Identify, log, prioritize, and track system defects and integration errors using tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). Partner closely with developers and configurators to facilitate rapid resolution and re-testing.
  • Data Validation: Perform comprehensive data reconciliation tests following major data conversion cycles to ensure data integrity, formatting, and security permissions match specified target states.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years minimum experience
  • Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in Government implementations
  • Active Security Clearance
  • Local to the DC, Maryland, Northern VA (DMV) area
