• Deep expertise in Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions within higher education, including design, implementation, and optimization
• Proven leadership in Workday transformations, with the ability to guide client and consulting cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across academic and administrative units.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruiting and admissions requirements and processes to institutional goals, improve reporting/analytics, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of higher education recruiting and admissions operations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and change management skills, including executive-level presentation, training, and post-implementation support.
