Workday Solution Architect
The Role
Lead Workday solution architecture activities across sales pursuits and implementation projects. Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to design scalable Workday solutions, develop solution strategies, support pre-sales engagements, and ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
• Define end-to-end Workday solution architecture for HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, and other Workday modules.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, proposals, demos, and client presentations.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations, security, reporting, data migration, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solution quality, governance, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful project execution.

What You Need
• Strong expertise in Workday architecture, implementation methodologies, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting RFPs, solutioning, estimations, and client-facing pre-sales activities.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of enterprise application experience with 5+ years in Workday solution architecture and implementation.
• Relevant Workday certifications preferred.
Location & Compensation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000
Benefits
