We are seeking an experienced Workday Supply Chain Solution Architect with deep expertise in the healthcare industry to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role will partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient supply chain systems that support patient care and organizational goals. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end architecture for Workday SCM solutions, including Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management, and Logistics.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and integrations.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance.
- Oversee Workday SCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, finance, IT) to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide hands-on configuration guidance where needed.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare workflows (e.g., clinical supply chain, patient charge capture, regulatory requirements).
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, supply traceability standards).
- Define data models, reporting strategies, and analytics for supply chain visibility and cost optimization.
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain systems, with at least 3+ years in Workday SCM.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on Workday implementations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations (e.g., hospital inventory, clinical procurement).
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Workday modules such as:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Supplier Accounts
- Workday certification preferred
