What You Will Do:
As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
You'll be a hands-on Procure to Pay Lead on assigned projects helping to streamline client process and facilitate design sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultants.
Your responsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, post-production (hypercare) support, and participating in an innovative, teaming culture for the team to enable constant innovation.
You will have a strong ability to team with project leadership to communicate challenges, improvements to project processes, and demonstrate consultative skills.
What You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of Workday procurement (Procure to Pay) experience; OR a Masters degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of Workday procurement (Procure to Pay) experience. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of ELEVEN (11) years of Workday procurement (Procure to Pay) experience
A proven role in at least 1 (ONE) full Workday Procure to Pay implementation
Current holder of the one or more of the following Workday Certifications: Workday Procure to Pay, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Workday Expenses, Workday Supplier Accounts, Workday Inventory
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
Up to 50% non-local and local travel balanced with work from home and/or Guidehouse office
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.
Current holder of Workday Business Assets certification.
Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.).
