Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or Business preferred.

Experience with Workday modules like HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting.
Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Day in the Life of a Remote Workday Intelligence Analyst
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, Talent, Timekeeping, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and system functionality.
Partner with People Operations, Finance, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to understand business needs and recommend system solutions.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with the management and monitoring of Workday integrations and data interfaces.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and security requirements.
Analyze workforce data and trends to support business decision-making.
Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and project-related activities.
Research and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for Workday functionality.
Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve system issues and support organizational objectives.
Research, identify, and drive opportunities to streamline and simplify existing processes and practices.
Communicate with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding system issues, enhancements, upgrades/releases, etc. as required.
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business-related field preferred.
At least two years' experience as a HR systems analyst or holds at least 2 active Workday Pro Certifications in the following areas: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence/Timekeeping.
