Job OverviewAs a Workday HCM Consultant you'll deliver Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Workday's seamless Human Capital Suite. You'll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will assist clients with their HR challenges through the implementation and optimization of Workday.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation
- Ensure the successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects, from requirements gathering to go-live support
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality, and share your knowledge with clients and colleagues
- Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills
Qualifications- Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations
- Strong functional expertise across Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning)
- Demonstrated team and functional workstream leadership
- Ability to guide clients and build client relationships
- Experience facilitating client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Workday HCM Partner Certifications preferred (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits)
- Experience with testing, security and data conversion
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, UKG/Kronos)
- Knowledge of Workday deployment methodology
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,000-$173,000.
For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
