What You Will Do:- From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
- You will specifically focus on Human Capital Management with knowledge and subject matter expertise in Workday Core HCM.
- In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday HCM functional expert - including business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing phases
- Coaching clients during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions.
- Configuring the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards.
- Timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation.
- Collaborating on client integration design, configuration, and testing.
- Collaborating on client data migrations.
- Coaching clients in Workday project approach and act as a role model in project tasks, such as testing, data validation, issue management, and communication with project leadership.
- Proactively communicating project risks and issues to project leadership.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions within HCM including knowledge of the SDCL and/or project methodology with at least TWO (2) year of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience.
- ONE (1) or more years as Functional Leador subject matter expert in Human Capital Management business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
- Experience working in Federal Government HCM environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today.
- Experience working with the Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers.
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
