As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will do- Lead or support the configuration of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Onboarding).
- Facilitate requirements-gathering and design workshops with HR, payroll and business stakeholders.
- Build supervisory and matrix organizations, job architecture, business processes, security roles and reports.
- Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants.
Requirements- Active Workday HCM Core certification; additional certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting or Talent are an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday HCM experience in implementation, support or optimization projects.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, leave management).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skills
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%).
