BACKGROUND:The primary responsibility of the Technology Services' (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team.
The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
- The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
- Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Workday release
- Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
- Possess experience with integrations in Workday (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB etc)
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
- Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyze business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions.
- Configuring business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements.
- Research and develop solutions for the integration issues between Workday and Coupa system
- Managing biannual Workday updates, analyzing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities
- Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: START DATE: 7/27/2026
END DATE: 12/31/2026
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Prefer local staff who can report to office in Washington, DC.
CITIZEN STATUS: US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
