Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the position or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting capacity
• End-to-end project implementation experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with interpersonal skills for building trust
• Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project management and technical areas
• Capability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scales and durations

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through cloud project implementation and best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Facilitate training sessions for client teams and internal staff
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Lead project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify and mitigate risks during project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes
