As a Workday Finance Support Analyst, you will:
• Serve as Workday Finance support for various projects, ranging from the implementation of new Workday technologies as it relates to strategic initiatives of AHC.
• Participate in Workday major releases, identifying impact / enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality.
• Provide customer support to end-users of the Workday platform, answering questions, resolving issues, and following through on any reported or unresolved issues ensuring timely and reliable response.
• Identify and analyze business needs, touch points and requirements across General Ledger Accounting, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects functional areas.
• Collaborate with functional leads, analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of Workday software programs and applications. This includes creating test plans, documentation, and assisting in the performance of tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
• Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote user adoption. Drive progress towards continual improvement in adopting Workday functionality, including AI-enabled capabilities, to ensure maximum benefit of Workday.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, computer science, information systems, or business administration or related field (equivalency considered).
• Background in Accounting or Finance preferred. Workday Experience required. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in system architecture and solution design.
• Developed project competency.

Work Schedule:

Employment Type: Full-time
Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday
Shift Type: Day Shift
Holiday Requirements: Follow the company holiday calendar

Pay Range:
$66,913.60 - $100,360.00
If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
United States of America (Exempt)
