Job Description:

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000

Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for application functional and technical support of assigned applications. Serves as an internal subject matter expert to manage and support Workday applications, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy. This position will be a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, create and maintain training materials and documentation. Develop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalities and ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely manner.

Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.

Assures quality customer service to all customers.

Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.

Manage and support assigned Workday application, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, new release management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy; address and resolve data issues.

Configure and maintain Workday to align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely manner.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and security of the system and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Work with stakeholders to develop effective reports, dashboards and analytics tailored to user needs using Workday tools and best practices.

Develop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalities.

Create test scenarios/test cases, test and support new configurations and deployments.

Help identify and assess cross functional impacts from configuration changes that would impact other areas.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, configuration, and workflows.

Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and identify opportunities for enhancements.

Collaborate with integration teams to design, test, and implement interfaces between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree required.

Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.

Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Workday Certification in one or more modules preferred

EXPERIENCE

5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP and relevant Workday SKU, required. To Include:
  • Workday configuration with a specialized focus in relevant Workday SKU, workflows, business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Technical knowledge of Workday application, reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps preferred.
