Workday ERP AnalystThe Workday ERP Analyst serves as a functional business systems analyst supporting the implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing administration of the organization's Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This position partners with business leaders, Information Technology, and key stakeholders to analyze business requirements, support process improvement initiatives, facilitate testing and training efforts, and help ensure Workday solutions align with organizational, operational, compliance, and strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Defined Education: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related technical or business field
Preferences: Experience participating in Workday implementation, deployment, or major enhancement initiatives; healthcare, public sector, nonprofit or governmental environments preferred; experience supporting finance, accounting, payroll or human resources functions
Substitutions: May substitute relevant work experience for education on a year-for-year basis
Years' Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Experience supporting Workday, ERP, or other enterprise business applications, including business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering and documentation, system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, data validation, conversion, stakeholder collaboration and management.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License; Workday Pro Certification(s); Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP); PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA); Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
