  • Direct the recommendation, implementation, and optimization of Workday functionality, including system configuration, project planning, and issue resolution. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure success.
  • Ensure all changes and enhancements are well-documented, following best practices for version control and naming conventions.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of advanced reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity. Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve them.

  • Act as the key point of contact for Workday system administration and optimization, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Ensure that all work streams across HR (payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence, benefits) are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are addressed.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR systems and provide strategic guidance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.
