Salary Range: $105,754 - $132,193 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Hiring Range: $105,754 - $118,974 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Advisor, Human Capital Management Systems to lead a team of HR Technology Specialists and Analysts in implementing and optimizing HR technology projects. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of short and long term work plans, manage project resources, and ensure the successful implementation of new features and process improvements across HR systems.

What you will do in this role:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of HR technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes, improve system functionality, and maximize the use of technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee all project phases, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Manage HR data architecture, system security, and configurations to ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What the role requires:
  • University or college graduate in computer science or related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years prior experience in Human Resource Technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Advanced knowledge of Human Capital Management systems such as SAP - Success Factors, Workforce, Litmos, Parklane, Service Now, Microsoft Apps, Power BI and data management practices to design and develop effective and efficient HCM solutions.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams and staff
  • Demonstrate leadership competencies including people management, decision making, collaboration, coaching and mentoring staff in a mobile working environment
  • Project management organizational and planning skills
  • Demonstrate analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and issue resolution skills

In this role, you'll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection.
