Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required
• 3+ years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead role
• 3+ years of HCM Functional experience
• 3+ years of Workday Implementations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience), Associate's degree with 6 years equivalent work experience also accepted

Responsibilities

• Manage teams to identify business requirements and design functional processes
• Develop planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
• Craft statements of work and manage client proposals
• Handle vendor relationships and ensure effective communications
• Lead educational workshops for clients on best practices
• Oversee resources and budgets on client projects
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving critical functional issues
• Provide expertise to support informed decision-making on functional solutions
• Mentor and manage project staff performance metrics
• Conduct client sessions to analyze and gather business requirements
