Full Job Description
Kognitiv is looking for Workday Benefits specialists to join our Post-Production/AMS team immediately.

While others focus on the initial "go-live," we specialize in making Workday actually work for our clients long-term. We need architects who can dive into existing tenants to troubleshoot complex issues, lead Phase X implementations, and execute high-value redesigns and optimizations.

The Role

As a Workday Benefits Architect in our AMS practice, you won't just be closing tickets; you'll be a strategic partner to our clients. You will:
  • Optimize & Redesign: Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy.
  • Phase X Projects: Lead the roll-out of new Workday Benefits functionality for existing Workday clients.
  • Complex Troubleshooting: Solve the "unsolvable" issues-from tangled calculation tags to misfiring accrual rules.
  • Release Management: Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring new Workday Benefit features are leveraged effectively.

Qualifications
  • The "Deep End" Experience: Strong expertise in Workday Benefits configuration within a live, post-production environment.
  • AMS Mindset: You enjoy the variety of supporting multiple clients and can pivot quickly between different business requirements and industries.
  • Strategic Architecting: Proven ability to look at a "messy" tenant and design a scalable path forward.
  • Communication: Strong ability to consult with clients on why a redesign is necessary and how it impacts their bottom line.

Why Kognitiv?

We're a fast-growing, fully remote team of Workday experts who value authenticity and autonomy.
  • No "Bench" Boredom: You'll work on diverse projects with clients who truly value your expertise.
  • Rewards: Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and access to lucrative sales commissions for identifying growth opportunities within your accounts.
  • Growth: We foster a supportive culture where you are encouraged to own your work and bring your true self to the team.
