Job Summary
The Workday Administrator manages, configures, and maintains SafeStreets USA's Workday HCM and Financial systems, serving as the tier-3 level technical expert for the platform. This role safeguards sensitive employee and financial data, oversees user access and security, and collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize business workflows across the organization. The Workday Administrator troubleshoots system issues, supports integrations with third-party applications, and builds custom reports and dashboards that inform executive decision-making. This role is critical to ensuring Workday operates reliably, securely, and in alignment with SafeStreets' evolving business needs.

- System Configuration: Designs, builds, and maintains business processes, workflows, and custom fields within Workday to meet SafeStreets' organizational needs.
- Security & Access Management: Manages user accounts, assigns roles, and regulates permissions to ensure compliance with privacy and data protection policies.
- Updates & Releases: Monitors weekly releases and tests semi-annual Workday updates to ensure minimal business disruption and data integrity.
- Integrations & Reporting: Supports data flows between Workday and third-party applications while building custom reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
- End-User Support: Acts as the tier-3 technical expert by troubleshooting errors, writing user guidelines, and training staff.

Licenses, Certifications, & Educational Requirements
- All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.
- All SafeStreets must pass criminal background check.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field required; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Workday, including deep understanding of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Optimization.
- Workday Platform Pro Admin certification required.
- Strong technical acumen with system integrations (APIs, EIBs) and custom reporting; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay, if applicable, is defined in a separate compensation plan.
Pay Range: $66,000 - $95,000 salary DOE
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.
