Full Job Description
Work Execution Manager

Job Summary:

Lead work planning and execution activities supporting the Scorpius Accelerator asset management program. This position coordinates maintenance planning, field execution, supply chain activities, and work packages to ensure assets are maintained safely and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and work execution activities.
  • Develop work packages and execution schedules.
  • Coordinate field activities with engineering and operations.
  • Work with supply chain to ensure material availability.
  • Track work status and resolve execution issues.
  • Support outage and maintenance planning.
  • Maintain work management documentation.
  • Promote safe and efficient field execution.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Operations, or Business.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, utilities, industrial facilities, metallurgy, or similar environments.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • United States citizenship is required for this role.
  • All new hires must pass a federal background check and federal drug test.
  • An ability to work hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV on the National Nuclear Test Site.

Preferred Experience:
  • DOE, NNSA, LANL, LLNL, or NNSS experience preferred.
  • Active DOE clearance preferred but not required.

Travel: Occasional travel is expected to support project meetings and coordination with partner sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
