Responsible for leading the strategic marketing, communication, and promotional efforts supporting comprehensive women's health services. This position serves as the central marketing lead and key liaison between marketing, clinical leadership, physicians, digital health teams, and operational stakeholders to advance awareness, engagement, and growth across women's health service lines. This role requires a highly motivated, self-directed professional who can help build and evolve a comprehensive Women's Health marketing program. The successful candidate will lead initiatives from concept development through planning, implementation, and on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities. Acting as the hub for cross-functional collaboration, the Women's Health Marketing Program Manager will bring together diverse teams to develop innovative marketing strategies, coordinate complex initiatives, and support programs related to clinical care, integrated research, technology, innovation, advocacy, and improved patient access. Will coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, physician and clinic onboarding initiatives, advertising requests, and the development of marketing collateral across multiple platforms. This individual will manage project planning, production timelines, and campaign execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards. In addition, the position will oversee ongoing updates and optimization of external women's health websites and other public-facing digital platforms to provide timely, accurate, and engaging information for patients, providers, and the community. This is a hybrid position that combines strategic planning with an active on-site presence. The role requires regular engagement at hospitals, ambulatory clinics, coordination of community events, and other women's health locations to collaborate with physicians and care teams, support new program and physician launches, oversee marketing activations, evaluate the patient experience, and identify opportunities to enhance awareness, engagement, and access. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable developing strategy in the office and leading initiatives in the field to ensure marketing efforts effectively support clinical, operational, and patient care goals.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Required:

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business administration or related field.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Required: Experience with Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to oversee interior signage projects and work as facilitator between hospital staff, designer and signage vendors. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities. Knowledge of advertising, web and social media trends.

Preferred: Experience with CRM software and knowledge of print specifications. Client-facing experience preferred. Technical background with advanced computer skills. Mac and Windows expertise

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Required: 3 years of marketing/communications experience.

Preferred: Experience in healthcare/marketing, business administration or public relations.
