Position Title – Channel Manager, HTAS - TM&A (Remote)
The Job:
As a Channel Manager, you’ll be part of our Channel Marketing team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
- Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans for the business; you’ll have overall responsibility for the profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans for HTAS within TM&A channels
- Work with the Commercial teams in collaboration with Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance to develop strategic initiatives
- Present new products, merchandising, and promotional strategies to buyers and successfully execute market communication plans and new product launches
- Interface with Brand Marketing team for production of point of purchase materials
- Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share, and competitive landscapes
- Track program/promotional effectiveness and recommend changes and improvements, as required
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to manage listings, maximizing sales and profitability via mix management, promotional opportunities, and pricing actions
- Makes sound business decisions to drive top and bottom lines, driven by a holistic understanding of the channel P&L

- A minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space with a record of demonstrated achievement in sales growth and margin accretion
- Effective project management skills; strong interpersonal, conflict management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills with good understanding of key business and financial metrics such as Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, Inventory Turns, etc.
- Can-do mindset with a passion for problem-solving and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail; strong multi-tasking ability; and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required; Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BW, Ariba a plus

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
