Women's Health Advance Practice Provider
To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality women's healthcare, we are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. This provider will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services.
You will work alongside experienced providers in a supportive environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care. Our team currently consists of five OB/GYN physicians, one Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician, and one Urogynecologist. We offer dedicated OR block time, surgical robotics, and collaborative relationships with Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff.
Our hospital features a Level II NICU with access to Level III services and seamless access to tertiary care. We welcome APPs seeking mentorship, professional growth, and a long-term home within a supportive group practice setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with triaging obstetric and gynecologic patients, including assessment and determination of the appropriate level of care.
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
- Evaluate patients presenting with urgent OB/GYN concerns and collaborate with the supervising or attending physician regarding the plan of care
- Assist with the management and coordination of hospitalized OB/GYN patients within the APP's scope of practice and organizational policies
- Facilitate communication and coordination between inpatient and outpatient teams to support continuity of care and appropriate follow-up
- Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and transitions of care
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Current New York State license
- BLS and ACLS certification

Binghamton, New York, is located approximately 2.5 hours northwest of New York City and one hour south of Syracuse. The position includes a competitive salary range of $129,000 - $135000, bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
