Women's Health Advance Practice Provider (GYN)
To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality women's healthcare, we are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. This provider will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services.
You will work alongside experienced providers in a supportive environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care. Our team currently consists of five OB/GYN physicians, one Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician, and one Urogynecologist. We offer dedicated OR block time, surgical robotics, and collaborative relationships with Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff.
Our hospital features a Level II NICU with access to Level III services and seamless access to tertiary care. We welcome APPs seeking mentorship, professional growth, and a long-term home within a supportive group practice setting.
Responsibilities Include:
Outpatient office is located on the Vestal, NY Campus
Perform initial GYN and ongoing patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
Order diagnostic tests and prescribes medications within scope of practice
Manages postpartum visits, screening for pregnancy complications and evaluating physical and mental wellbeing after birth
Consults with supervising physicians or other clinicians as dictated by patient needs and assessment findings
Reviews medical record for follow-up or ordering of diagnostic studies under established protocols
Demonstrates knowledge of and applies safety principles as identified by the practice
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Current New York State license
- BLS and ACLS certification

Binghamton, New York, is located approximately 2.5 hours northwest of New York City and one hour south of Syracuse. The position includes a competitive salary range of $129,000 - $135,000, bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
