Full Job Description
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for developing new and existing customers
Provide recommendations to current and new customers regarding products Cask & Cork can provide
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
Conduct customer business reviews and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events to build customer list
Develop effective business plan for assigned geographic territory
Track activity and manage time
Participate as a team player by providing constant support to others and be able to work as an independent self-starter creating new business opportunities

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission/Bonus Pay - Reps can expect total compensation between $55,000.00 and $100,000.00 for the first couple of years and top reps make over $150,000.00 after building their business.
