This candidate will provide application administration for a product data/lifecycle management system (PDM/PLM) to successfully develop, implement, and maintain PDM solutions across various classified programs. To thrive in this role means that you will be a self-starter, working in a fast-paced and diverse atmosphere under limited supervision
. Application training on Windchill will be provided.
What You Will Do - Provide onsite IT and end user support for multiple deployments in primarily a Red Hat Linux environment, whether it be responding to help desk tickets or project-driven tasks. Examples include executing standard procedures for sustainment, deployment, minor patching, or major upgrades of applications, operating system, database, etc. Follow, update, and author technical documentation to complete those tasks.
- Interact with individuals from multiple functions (cybersecurity, system administrators, program management, engineers, etc.).

- Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date. (Training Provided by Department)

Qualifications You Must Have:- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, operations, and administration.
Qualifications We Prefer- A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or STEM
- Experience or certifications in the following technologies, tools, methodologies:
- PDM/PLM Systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA)
- Scripting experience
- Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Web Servers/Servlet Engines (Apache, Tomcat, IIS)
- Development (Java, Python, Ant, Ansible)
- Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
- Computer Aided Design (Creo Parametric, Solidworks, CATIA)
- Agile tools and processes (JIRA, Azure DevOps Server, SAFe, Kanban)
- Others (VMWare, Informatica)
- Troubleshooting, willingness to learn, oral and written communication, attention to detail, customer service, problem solving, project management
- Knowledge of the following RTX systems or processes: Common PDM, Common As Built System, Component Information Management System, Configuration Management, Data Management.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
