Full Job Description
As the Regional Manager of our Wilkes Barre Region, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing and directing daily operational aspects of the assigned region including but not limited to Construction, Building Services, and Energy Services-related projects and client relationships. The Regional Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and success by collaborating with branch, construction, and service management teams to optimize operations and ensure our regional business performance meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Essential Functions
  • Uphold rigorous adherence to workplace safety standards
  • Lead and manage all regional Building Services operations, including preventative maintenance, on-demand service, and mechanical project work
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement regional operational strategies that support company goals and growth initiatives
  • Create a positive working environment by providing leadership, coaching, and development to Service Managers, supervisors, and field staff to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Oversee regional scheduling, dispatching, and workforce planning to maximize efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry codes, and company policies
  • Monitor and improve service quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction across the region
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client relationships, contract development, and project opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational improvements within the region
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including service efficiency, contract profitability, and customer retention
  • Support the development and execution of regional budgets and financial forecasts
  • Stay current on HVAC industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Act as the primary escalation point for major customer concerns within the region
  • Increase existing customer interaction and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage all of the McClure Company offerings to generate leads and cultivate additional opportunities
  • Ensure that the team provides accurate cost reporting and project forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field experience preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC service operations, or facilities management
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, plumbing, and mechanical equipment in commercial and institutional environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing operations, budgets, and team performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, or trade certifications) are a plus
