This role will report to the Wholesale Strategic Director with responsibility for assisting in execution of Wholesale’s strategic plan and the administration of key operating routines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Develop, own, and execute against a standard process to track market trends and the competitive environment to inform strategic planning; produce relevant summaries when applicable.
•    Own and facilitate the gathering of content for Wholesale’s monthly business reviews to accurately capture financial performance, sales effectiveness, talent management, and progress against strategic priorities; will involve working with finance and business management partners to ensure content is relevant and accurate 
•    Assist in the execution and project management of top priority initiatives within Wholesale to include defining logistics and approaches needed to operationalize business strategies, maintaining thorough project plans, and ensuring all participants are organized and aligned on execution plans; requires the ability to be a meaningful contributor to complex, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate performance and results
•    Understand strategic business goals, identify what data points are needed to inform how to achieve business goals (e.g., benchmarks, industry trends, internal operating and financial data), then gather and synthesize data to inform decision making and measure results.

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications:

•    Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
•    2-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
•    Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
•    Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
•    Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies. 


Preferred Qualifications:


•    Background in financial services / banking industry
•    Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
•    Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize
•    Ability to lead by influence (relationship building).
•    Knowledge of consumer / small business / direct banking
•    MBA preferred
