Department Overview:Nomura's Whole Loan Midde Office team is within the Operations / Middle Office group.
Role Description:- Familiarity with high volume mortgage products in the Whole Loan space
- RTL - Residential Transition Loans / 'Fix and Flip'
- Non QM - Non Qualified Mortgage
- NPL/RPL - Non-Performing / Re-performing Loans
- SBC - Small Balance Commercial
- REO - Real Estate Owned Assets
- Exposure to and knowledge of:
- Servicer remittance processing
- Loan Repurchase/EPD identification and processing
- Excel
- Reconciliations
- Knowledge of below is a benefit:

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:- 1+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or similar
- Experience working in a trading environment and supporting whole loan trading desk
- Strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to adapt easily to the different functional needs of the business as it evolves
- Strong MS Office skills
