Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and skillset)

About the Company:
Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality metal fabrication, is seeking an experienced Weld Supervisor to lead their welding team and ensure production excellence.

Job Summary:
The Weld Supervisor will oversee welding operations, manage a team of welders, ensure quality and safety standards, and coordinate workflow to meet production goals. This role does not require a degree; hands-on experience and leadership skills are key.

Responsibilities:
  • TIG Welding and Supervisory experience is critical.
  • Supervise up to 8-10 employees in both Welding & Production Support operations
  • Develop welding techniques, procedures, and the application of welding equipment to address fabrication challenges, utilizing knowledge of welding specifications, metal properties, and engineering principles.
