Web Application Developer Senior will serve as a primary technical resource for design and development of internal and external applications. This position is responsible for gathering requirements, needs analysis, design, prototypes, walkthroughs, and wireframes. This role is responsible for the overall look, feel, and UX of robust enterprise ready healthcare applications. This individual must have expertise with web application architectures, significant experience with JavaScript Frameworks, and strong design skills.

Key Responsibilities- Work with internal and external clients to determine and fulfill data and application needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing tracking mechanisms, deliverable dates, and documentation.
- Create UX designs and wireframes based upon customer feedback that can be turned into functional web applications.
- Perform UI development activities using JavaScript technologies.
- Coordinate development requests and priorities.
- Train and mentor staff on User Interface Design, JavaScript Frameworks, and complex interactions with Web Services and other backend technologies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years' experience in design and development with JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks
- Ability to create Working Prototypes
- Knowledge of UX Design for web applications
- Strong understanding of HTML(5), CSS(3), and JavaScript Frameworks
- Understanding of model driven development such as ROR, Grails, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for frequent interaction with various levels of staff, both internal and external
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Web Architecture
- 3-5 years' experience in design and/or development in a healthcare software environment
- Knowledge of UX Design for mobile and tablet applications
