Job summary:
As a Credit Analyst in Wealth Management Risk, you identify and analyze credit risks to support our global business. You help us ensure quality and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. You work with us to spot gaps and inconsistencies across products and regions. You contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify risk for Custom Credit Analysis practices within Wealth Management Risk
  • Review quality to validate grading, risk analysis, and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Analyze transactions and identify risks or gaps across products and global regions
  • Determine differences and inconsistencies in credit practices
  • Support compliance with internal controls
  • Collaborate with team members to share information
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Communicate findings clearly
  • Manage time effectively
  • Solve problems proactively
  • Use credit risk infrastructure tools and applications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous consumer and commercial lending experience
  • At least 6 years’ experience in Auditing, Accounting, Internal Control, or Credit Underwriting with focus on Wholesale Credit Risk
  • Experience in loan review, audit, wholesale credit approval, or credit delivery
  • Knowledge of financial principles and procedures
  • Strong background in the Financial Services Industry
  • Working understanding of credit risks and related controls
  • Ability to follow complex methods and procedures
  • Experience with credit risk infrastructure tools and applications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highest level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong time management, problem solving, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams, share information, and support colleagues
