Wage Range: Min: $68,970, Mid: $88,585, Max: $108,199A Brief OverviewThe Wealth Advisor I delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients resulting in fee revenue for the Bank. Builds the business through attraction and retention of targeted clients. Serves as relationship manager for client agency accounts. Administers trust accounts where the financial institution acts in a fiduciary capacity. Handles smaller client load and clients with lower level wealth management complexity. May serve as relationship manager delivering retirement plan solutions to businesses and not-for-profit organizations. May also serve as a registered Financial Consultant working through our Broker/Dealer, LPL Securities.
What you will do - Develop business.
- Manage client relationship.
- Develop internal and external referral sources.
- Review and interpret trust documents.
- Complete regulatory account reviews.
- If also serving as a Financial Consultant:
- Maintains registrations in good standing.
- Meets continuing education requirements.
- Fulfills other activities and duties in order to meet the requirements of a "dual employee".
Other Qualifications/Requirements - Trust Accounting Software a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years Banking or Financial Advisor preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Financial Planner-CFP Board preferred, or
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) preferred.
