Position Title: Wealth Advisor

The Wealth Advisor role presents an opportunity to engage with ultra high-net-worth clients, requiring a proactive approach to business development and relationship building. This position necessitates a strong commitment to cultivating a personal book of business, with a focus on clients possessing investable assets ranging from $5 million to $150 million. Advisors will collaborate with Senior Investment Strategists while also independently sourcing leads and establishing a presence in the community. Candidates must be prepared for a long sales cycle that emphasizes relationship development and trust. The role demands a high level of market sophistication and the ability to communicate complex investment strategies effectively.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
