As part of our continued growth, we are addressing a capacity gap across client relationships in the 1 million to 5 million range. This role is critical to ensure these clients receive dedicated advisory support while positioning relationships for long term continuity and transition.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as both lead and co-lead advisor supporting client relationships in the $1M-$5M segment
  • Deliver integrated investment and financial planning recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and high touch service


Financial Planning & Investment Support
  • Develop and maintain financial plans using eMoney
  • Support portfolio oversight, asset allocation, and implementation of investment strategies
  • Partner with senior advisors on complex planning and investment decisions


Client Experience
  • Coordinate client meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely execution of client requests, account maintenance, and CRM documentation
  • Collaborate with paraplanning and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience


Relationship Growth
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
  • Contribute to team-based client retention and growth efforts


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, financial planning, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of meaningful client facing experience in wealth management, advisory, or paraplanning roles
  • CFP designation or active progress toward completion strongly preferred
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent
  • Strong financial planning expertise with the ability to translate complexity into clear client guidance
  • Service oriented mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality client experience
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
