Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or related ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Ohio, Indiana, and/or Kentucky; ability to register is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant water/wastewater experience.
• Knowledge of treatment processes is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with business management software and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth of water and wastewater business and ensure effective project execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external B&N project teams.
• Lead business development, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships.
• Create an exemplary client experience during project delivery.
• Promote a positive team environment to enhance corporate culture.
• Maintain quality control of services and project deliverables.
• Manage select projects and oversee project engineers' work to achieve success goals.
• Establish goals and metrics in collaboration with office and business leaders.
