Position Title: Warfighter Integration Engineer
Position Type: Full-time, On-Site
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (TS or TS/SCI desired)

Description:
Waypoint's client is seeking a Warfighter Integration Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Evaluation Office (MDA/CAC). This role focuses on wargame requirements development, campaign planning and analysis, missile defense systems integration, and future capability assessments supporting next-generation warfighters.
The selected candidate will serve as a key contributor to missile defense wargaming efforts, providing technical expertise to support the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of operational and strategic wargame activities. This role requires strong knowledge of DoD wargaming processes, systems engineering principles, and missile defense operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide wargame subject matter expertise supporting MDA/CAC in the development of wargame requirements, execution planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Support post-wargame assessments, including development of findings, recommendations, executive briefings, and senior leader out-briefs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of MDA wargame events, workshops, tabletop exercises, and capstone activities.
• Support development of future capability assessment modules and operational concepts for missile defense systems.
• Provide expertise on Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service, and Defense Agency wargaming doctrine, methodologies, and best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration among government, military, and technical stakeholders participating in wargame campaigns.
• Support campaign planning activities and integration of missile defense capabilities into operational scenarios.
• Develop technical reports, briefings, decision support products, and analytical documentation for senior leadership and warfighter communities.
• Lead and facilitate large working groups, planning sessions, and technical discussions supporting MDA wargame initiatives.
• Support integration of modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts into wargame planning and execution activities.

Required:
• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• 7+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related DoD programs
• Experience supporting large-scale DoD systems engineering efforts
• Experience with wargame development, planning, execution, and analysis activities
• Experience supporting future capability development, defense engineering, and systems analysis efforts
• Ability to develop clear, concise written products and executive-level briefings
• Experience presenting technical information to senior military leaders, government officials, and warfighters
• Experience leading large working groups and meetings with 50+ participants
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills

Desired:
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools such as AFSIM, MDASim, or similar defense analysis tools
• Experience applying M&S capabilities to wargaming and campaign analysis efforts
• Ability to facilitate large-scale wargame discussions, adjudication activities, and operational planning events
• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff organizations, or missile defense operational communities
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience developing professional reports, briefings, and analytical products incorporating graphics and visualizations
• Familiarity with missile defense architectures, operational concepts, and future capability development initiatives
