Job DescriptionYou will be the Warehousing & Distribution Project Mgmt Analyst for the Enterprise Logistics team. Our team is responsible for driving fleet management, capital-planning, and schedule adherence for enterprise-wide warehousing solutions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Warehousing & Distribution Project Mgmt Analyst you will be responsible for bridging warehousing and distribution operations with project controls, ensuring data integrity, timely equipment acquisition, and on-track execution of all warehousing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with each warehouse site to maintain accurate master-data records in LMBuildings for all vehicles assigned to the site.
- Oversee workflow processes that validate vehicle details, renew registrations online and at DMV monthly, and compliance documentation.
- Initiate and manage capital expenditure requests for new equipment and tooling.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical-path activities, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholder reviews.

Basic Qualifications- A detail-oriented mindset for maintaining flawless data integrity.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving schedule variances.
- Strong organizational skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in project management, logistics, or fleet/asset management
- Intermediate Excel skillset for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical details into concise executive briefings.
Desired skills- Experience in/supporting Production Planning & Controls (PPC) or materials/inventory management initiatives
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software
- Knowledge of capital-planning processes (CERs, Lean Requests)
- Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., LMBuildings) is a plus.
Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
