Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Third Shift - 124220

Salary Range: $81,127- $104,989

Your Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor at the Grimsby Regional Distribution Centre, you will be responsible for the supervision of full-time and seasonal warehouse staff on your assigned shift (3:30 PM EST to Midnight) to ensure all safety, productivity, quality, and operational execution goals are achieved. In addition, you will:
  • Supervise semi/highly skilled production employees on an assigned shift to ensure product delivery within established safety, quality, and productivity expectations; allocate work to a team of subordinates and review completion.
  • Responsible for achieving departmental goals & objectives; respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; monitor the performance of the team; provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.
  • Be the first-line liaison between the production employees and the management staff and thus also serve the function of representing the company's interests with the shop floor staff.
  • Follow the organization's health, safety & environment policies, procedures, and instructions; instruct the team in safe working methods; identify instances of risky behaviors within the team and take appropriate action.
