Full Job Description
Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products | Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels | Administers an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods
**Position Summary**
Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This role drives productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant, and cost-effective environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping
- Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence
- Maintain compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews
- Support cross-training and workforce development with Material Handling Supervisor
- Drive 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate recycling activities and vendor services
- Manage P-Card purchases and assist with contingency planning
- Serve as backup to the Distribution/Warehouse Manager
**Qualifications**
**Education & Certifications**
- Associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Forklift Certification
**Experience**
- 3-5 years in warehouse/manufacturing
- 2-3 years supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking ability
- Effective leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations
- Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,270.00 and $113,322.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
